Christine is a past ALEA National Vice President and a former Assistant Principal in Tasmania. Christine has worked as a school leader, literacy coach and early years teacher. She has published journal articles, contributed to publications, co-authored two books ‘Supporting Literacy Learning in the Early Years’, and ‘Guiding Thinking for Effective Spelling’. Christine has been working in ACT public schools over the past 3 years in the Early Years Literacy Project and leading workshops on Supporting Striving Adolescent Readers and Writers.
