Conditions
A request for a meeting room booking is not an implicit agreement that the meeting room booking is confirmed.
The user will receive a confirmation email, if a valid email address is provided.
The user is required to
specifically
state IT requirements (hardware, software and web accessibility) in a meeting room booking request. IT availability will be confirmed.
The set up requirement for each meeting room booking varies between users and meeting rooms, the set up time for each meeting room will be checked. The set up time will be confirmed, if the meeting room booking is accepted.
The Hall and Multipurpose Room require 60 minutes for a change of set up, and 30 minutes for all other meeting rooms for a change of setup. The booking time will be confirmed if the booking is accepted.
The cancellation fee for an ETD user is incurred if; cancelling a room booking within 48 hours of the booking date and time; or a no-show for the meeting room booking (within ½ hour of the booking commencement time). The fee is $125 (incl GST) for each room, which meet the preceding condition(s).
Weekend costs apply to internal and external clients. For more details phone (02) 6205 2022.
Additional cleaning costs will be charged to the user if meeting room(s) are considered to be left in adverse condition.
